Manages large projects or relationships and organizes teams. Structures work/analytics. Leads teams to results. Resolves conflicts. Collaborates with Senior Executives to reach decisions based on the project work. Leverages large teams of people from the Enterprise (as well as Strategy Office team members). Manages Strategy Office (SO) projects/processes/relationships. Acts as an individual expert/contributor role for a specific areas or relationships managed by the SO. Improves internal SO effectiveness.
Manages and leads 1-2 major projects or relationships on an independent basis. Performs functions within those projects, including: facilitation of meetings; creating/delivering presentations to senior executives; problem solving, setting and driving goals and timelines; designing and conducting analytics; and developing implementation plans.
Manages teams of people in execution of projects/management of relationships, which will include SO members and caregivers/executives outside the SO (and potentially outside CC) of all skill levels.
Participates in the development of SO toolkit/perspective on area of expertise, including: conceptual framework, standardized analytics, standardized processes, tools/templates, and training based on the work in their projects.
Builds relationships with senior executives on their projects/relationships and works with those leaders to facilitate decisions.
Leads major Strategy Office projects that help set the SO agenda, improve team effectiveness/engagement, improve people processes, skill-build, etc.

Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Complexity of Work:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Minimum of 8 years of work experience, with majority of time in either healthcare (within organization or consulting) or technical role matching job.
Background in senior operations, senior expert or consultative role preferred.
History of achievement and ability to influence change in large organizations required.
Significant experience and knowledge of either healthcare industry/provider operations or of specific technical skill (i.e., strategy deployment or strategic transaction management), with ability to understand and interpret key business/functional drivers.
Very strong in majority if not all of these categories: Critical thinking/problem-solving skills -capable of independently structuring and solving multiple parts of complex projects/problems/relationships; Analytical skills: leads teams in structuring of complex analytics; Presentation skills: capable of writing and giving presentations to large audiences with senior stakeholders; Client relationship skills: builds trust-based, influencing relationships with more senior peers; Project management skills: manages large projects with multiple stakeholders; Team/office leadership -capable of helping to build office processes/culture/tools.
