Assist the Director in developing and implementing a strategic employer relations plan to build and maintain regional and national recruiting relationships. The goal of the employer relations efforts will be to increase the number and quality of job and internship opportunities for MTSU students and alumni. The Employer Relations Supervisor will serve as the primary administrator for the recruiting database for job postings, recruiting events, and career fairs serving all students, employers and alumni. The Employer Relations Supervisor will also serve as the project leader for the Fall Career Fair including employer marketing and registration, and all logistics and marketing to students. Through the supervision of the Recruiting Coordinator, the Employer Relations Supervisor will ensure the seamless coordination of on-campus interviews, job postings, and support of university-wide career fairs and related recruiting events. The Employer Relations Supervisor will also coordinate the delivery and reporting of First Destination Survey.
