Key Responsibilities: * Participation in the design and development of the companies benefit plan strategy * Manage all aspects of plan administration, including oversight of outsource vendor operations * Vendor management to include; relationship building, contract review and the monitoring performance guarantees * Act as project manager for the implementation of new programs and/or plan design changes for all plans * Responsible to monitor, track and coordinate all plan activity with all internal and external parties * Analyze program utilization, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve effectiveness of existing programs * Develop plan analytics, including preparation of reports, materials and presentations * Ongoing review of the effectiveness of existing processes * Lead the development of all benefits communications * Ensure compliance with regional and country specific legislation * Member of Retirement Plan Trustee Committees and other related roles * Directs the work of others * Ensures thorough familiarity with company policies and procedures. Appropriately applies policies and procedures in compliance with government laws. * Partners with the global mobility team to support international assignments
