We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior HSBCnet and Interactive Manager.
Coordinating resource, budgets and plans and formulating the development, maintenance and launch of new features on our digital channels, with a focus on core platform capabilities, including product enablement or entitlements, authentication
Partnering with technology to optimise the delivery of multiple projects, seeking efficiency and requirements convergence, and contributing to the formalisation and communication of common working methods, connecting multiple business and technnology stakeholders to secure collective buy in
Positioning the HSBC offering competitively, driving commercialisation within a variety of geographies as required
Being aware of the competitor and market situation, in order to allow HSBC to constantly improve our services and functionality
Gathering and validating client and business requirements for continuous improvement of digital channels, guiding requesting business lines to optimise delivery
Managing stakeholder engagement and coordination with other businesses and functions for new channel rollouts
Supporting channel compliance with technology and legal regulation
May involve direct contact with customers or via Business Development colleagu e
A proven track record of delivering product innovation on time, on scope and on specifications, including prioritisation and requirements alignment across competing projects
Knowledge and interest in the new ways for clients to use digital products, for example mobile, internet, third-party providers, and the supporting technologies like User Interface, API
Experience working with onshore and offshore team, with strong stakeholder management from developers to senior management in an international environment
Knowledge of corporate banking key products, including payments, liquidity management, Trade and Receivables Finance, fixed income, and commercial or corporate clients requirements, like treasury departments and administration
Experience with core platform features such as product enablement or commercialisation, entitlements, authentication and single sign on technology
