The Principal Enrollment Management Analyst serves the Office of Enrollment Management in areas of decision support, implementation and assessment of campuswide strategic initiatives, project management. The incumbent provides comprehensive analytical support through data collection, analysis, and reporting. The incumbent collaborates closely with the Director of Administration and Associate Vice Chancellor, Enrollment Management(AVCEM) to plan, implement, and assess UCI strategic initiatives. Under the direction of the Director of Administration, the incumbent establishes workflow processes, sets priorities for and oversees staff assignments in order for a broad range and high volume of goals to be accomplished accurately, efficiently, effectively, and according to schedule.
