The mission of the Information Technology Group (ITG) is to develop, implement and maintain technology-based services and solutions enabling OHSU to effectively manage information to accomplish its missions.
This position is responsible for managing the implementation of OHSU\u2019s EHR for Adventist Health Portland in the ambulatory setting (Community Connect Implementation). This includes coordination of workflow analysis, build, test, go-live support, and transition to operations for clinic applications. The Adventist Health Medical Group is comprised of 31 clinics at 25 physical locations. All clinics that are currently on Adventist Health Epic will be replaced with OHSU Epic system. Applications include registration, scheduling, clinical care and documentation, coding, and billing. The project manager has accountability for the successful implementation of assigned projects, meeting commitments to scope, budget, and schedule.
The position communicates effectively \u2013 both orally and in writing \u2013 with key customer and internal ITG/Informatics stakeholders to ensure information is collected and disseminated to facilitate rapid and efficient project task completion.
