Entry level facilities technician position responsible for maintaining buildings and equipment to operate in safe, comfortable, and compliant manner. Handles a variety of issues as assigned on a daily basis. Position operates in an indoor office environment. Kenneth Young Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit provider of social services.
Facility Projects and Maintenance
Perform routine repairs and general maintenance projects.
Assist with room set ups and furniture moving as needed.
Assist with landscaping including, trimming, cleanup and watering.
Assist with snow removal and salt distribution as needed.
Assist with security for outside group events including the church as needed.
Other duties as directed by the Facilities Director.
Promote positive image of KYC with all contacts (customers)
