Under the general direction of the Manager, Administrative Support and the assigned Directors of Development, the Administrative Development Coordinator is responsible for a variety of administrative duties in support of the University Initiatives program. The incumbent provides administrative support and project management to the University Initiatives team and will perform coordination of complex, confidential and sensitive issues of a broad scope related to fundraising programs within the central development unit.
This position will serve in a liaison role, responding with tact and diplomacy on behalf of the development office through verbal and/or written communications. The incumbent will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to the team focused on qualification of major gift prospects and maintaining accurate prospect information.

Salary: Range $21.54 - $24.19 Total Hours: 8-5, M-F Career Position. Final candidate subject to background check.
