About the Job
Leads the coordination, development, and implementation of new products, features, and capabilities with Commercial Strategic Partners
Proactively seeks out opportunities to interact with other business partners while developing cross functional knowledge in claims, sales, marketing, pricing, operations, underwriting, finance, user experience, digital, and innovation
Manage in-market performance of Commercial Partnerships Direct (CLPD), the digital product offerings and the development of the capability, while identifying and capitalizing on areas of opportunity
Identify and partner on user testing with the target customers/partnerships
Responsible for the thoughtful and methodical expansion Commercial Partnerships Direct (CLPD)
Collaborate and leverage innovation techniques to solve problems for our target customers and partners
Ability to collaborate across internal disciplines along with external business partners
Ability to lead through ambiguity and create structure where needed
Breadth of knowledge across the entire insurance value chain with a depth of knowledge in product, underwriting, distribution, digital, or marketing
Knowledge of existing and emerging insurance business models
Project management experience
Ability to influence and lead internal and external partners
Strong communication and command of information
Entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to plan and execute independently
