The Student Hourly Assistant, under general supervision, will assist the Cooperative Agricultural Research Center with department operations.
Assisting with shooting videos, interviews, and help conduct post-production editing
Assisting in basic to moderate use of Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, InDesign and Photoshop software
Assisting with advanced audio and linear editing capabilities and still photography along with photo editing.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
Presently enrolled for at least nine (9) graduate or six (6) undergraduate semester credit hours during the term in which the work is to be done.
Must be in good academic standing (SAP) as demonstrated through your college; minimum 2.0 GPA
No prior experience necessary
For work eligibility during a summer term, a student must be enrolled for at least six (6) graduate or undergraduate semester credit hours during the term in which the work is to be done or preregistered at least six (6) undergraduate semester hours or nine (9) graduate semester hours for the upcoming fall term.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience in using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, InDesign and Photoshop software.
Knowledge in advanced audio and digital linear editing capabilities
Prior video, still photography, and editing experience necessary.
