Research duties include but are not limited to preparation, modification, and renewal of IRB protocols, submission of informed consent and data collection forms for regulatory approval, active involvement in the planning and implementation of study protocols, providing oversight and maintenance of study databases, tracking and assurance of timely follow-ups with enrolled participants, maintenance and organization of regulatory documentation, preparation of data for analysis. Administrative duties include supervision and coordination of staff involved with patient identification and enrollment prior to provision of IMPaCT CHW services, and supporting technical assistance and training on data infrastructure and evaluation for other divisions or health systems that are interested in the IMPaCT model. The CRC will coordinate communication with project manager, study investigators, external partners, and research and clinical staff, and will assist with the preparation of materials for presentation at scientific meetings, scholarly manuscripts, and other correspondence related to the projects. Additional duties include grant-writing based on pilot results, reimbursements reconciliation from grant funds for project expenses, helping with participant recruitment as needed, and ensuring timely completion of ongoing protocols.
