To lead and manage a team for the Cash business analysis/requirement management, implementation of projects in line with project management methodology and manage and coordinate the work of the implementation work streams and functional areas involved in a project, including Product, Technology and Client Operations and other teams.
Manage portfolio of projects across multiple applications, platforms and regions
Coordinate across teams for various deliveries
Provide SME for projects that scale from single application to multiple application cross platform
Contribute to the design phase of the solution for client requirements
Ensure precise operations readiness in place for changes taking place across applications
Manage project scope and apply the change control process
Develop and maintain a customized project plan tailored to project requirements, outlining deliverables, milestones, critical path items and actions
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to department initiatives to implement process enhancements

Become potential program manager
Minimum 10 years of experience in banking domain
Financial systems and back-office applications exposure
Expertise in Payments and receivables functions (ACH, SWIFT etc)
Project and budget management experience
Prior experience in leading a team
Technical skills are good to have from solution design point of view though no specific technology skill is required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under high-volume workload and prioritise in an effective manner
