Your role Do you have in depth experience in executing large scale, cross functional regulatory transformation projects? Are you interested in the change financial institutions go through in response to regulatory requirements? We're looking for an individual who can:
Execute all aspects of a project, including delivery and program management (e.g, supporting program status updates, resource forecast)
Support timely completion of project deliverables. Additionally support tracking and monitoring project status across milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues
Engage with cross functional teams to deliver the project objectives
Develop strong relationships with all project stakeholders
Ensure risk awareness by proactively identifying and raising control deficiencies and driving diligent risk remediation
Your team You'll be working in the Americas Compliance & Operational Risk Control (C&ORC) team, reporting directly to the Americas Head of Strategic Initiatives. The team functions in a high volume, high pressure regulatory environment, where no two days are the same.
Your expertise You have:
Excellent understanding of the regulatory environment impacting financial institutions in the compliance risk space
xperience in executing large scale, cross functional strategic and implementation projects
Experience in one or more of the following areas: Business Transformation, Regulatory Compliance, Target Operating Model design, Business Process Management
First-rate analytical background and attention to detail along with faultless execution skills
Expertise in MS-Office suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio)
Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
Highly driven and motivated with a can–do attitude and a desire to drive change
Able to build relationships and build trust across a global organization and comfortable working independently and with various teams
An excellent written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
