The associate director of global clubs and digital engagement is part of the Alumni Relations team, and is responsible for contributing to and executing the strategy for the club platform, which is the leading engagement vehicle for domestic, international, and affinity clubs. This position works closely with external vendors, internal partners across Wharton and Penn, and alumni leaders to create and disseminate best practices for use of the club platform, consult with club leaders to provide digital strategy, and manages a core group of volunteer leaders. The position will also directly manage a portfolio of clubs, providing guidance and direction as the primary liaison between the club and the School. The incumbent will work closely with key stakeholders across the School to communicate and enforce policies, standards, and procedures, and partners with the programming and engagement team to integrate students and new alumni into the Global Club Network.
