The Hana Product Manager is responsible for running one or more product lines to build ambitious new products that redefine the workplace experience. The Product Manager must be a creative and effective collaborator who can work with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to develop and execute a forward-thinking roadmap.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Build a deep understanding of our business and competitive differentiation using internal and external data
Oversee the data product roadmap and prioritization efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders from all areas of the business (Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc)
Support fellow product managers in their data strategies, including how they think about and execute tracking to most effectively generate the data that will power Hana's business
Design and deliver the data dashboards that will form the backbone for managing each of the Hana business lines
Identify the MVP for all data product development efforts, with an eye to the future of evolution of data workflows, ingestion, and visualization
Work with cross-functional partners from Design and Engineering to frame actionable product strategies and recommendations
Translate concepts and requirements into an end-to-end user experience and choose the appropriate medium and fidelity for effective communication
Identify, track, and communicate progress towards key initiatives and metrics
Represent the voice of the customer in all product development efforts
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in data-focused field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field preferred, but not required
3+ years of experience in product management at a technology or consulting firm
A demonstrated track record of successfully developing new products
Expertise managing products involving data flow, architecture, or analysis, including the ability to manage the standardization and ingestion of data from varied sources brought together in a single destination repository
Experience in SQL, Python, R or similar
Experience with Looker, Tableau or other BI tools, including an understanding of the pros and cons that differentiate the tools
Experience solving problems individually as well as in a group setting
Proven track-record of organizing, developing, and executing technology strategy projects
A team player who's able to partner with cross-functional leadership to quickly turn insights into actions
Excellent oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and making persuasive presentations to senior leadership
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and reliably meet deadlines
Flexible and able to adapt quickly to new priorities
Outstanding team player and positive attitude
Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry
Experience developing experiences that cross physical and digital boundaries
