The Role Responsibilities & Our Ideal Candidate
Strategy - Establish and implement holistic strategy to raise our wealth management brand awareness and recognition as a leader in wealth management through the use of digital media, robust marketing and client engagement programs. Business - Develop wealth management client journey and propositions to drive wealth management penetration within existing SC client segments as well as initiatives to acquire new-to-bank clients. - Initiate and manage the use of market and client insights and competitor benchmarking to drive the development of our wealth management proposition and strategy. - Perform customer and performance analysis to gain in-depth understanding of purchase behaviour and preferences, levers of growth and depth of wealth management relationships. - Collaborate across various internal and external stakeholder to improve client experience through process enhancements, client campaigns, client events and new segment propositions.
