Plan and implement marketing strategies and programs to drive the business priorities of wealth products and brand marketing under Consumer Banking Group
Contribute in strategic planning of campaigns and customer communications to optimize marketing effectiveness.
Ensure high quality marketing programs aligning the product/customer proposition strategies and business objectives.
Lead the overall planning and formulation of marketing strategies
Work closely with Regional team on creative and campaign planning, ensure engagement and alignment between local and regional team.
Work closely with Product, Segment, Channel teams and other business stakeholders to plan and formulate/implement various product programs aligning their business objectives for customer acquisition, x-selling and product penetration
Drive digital positioning and support delivery of online acquisition
Plan and develop effective and high quality marketing programs covering above-the-line and below-the-line activities in supporting various product / customer campaigns.
Foster a high level of branding disciplines with the team
Strengthen the wealth proposition and build the brand image for each product
Strategic development of marketing strategy from planning to implementation of major campaigns and activities including events and PR
Full accountability in driving digital & social media marketing with online as an integral focus in the overall marketing strategy
Manage the marketing (ATL + BTL) budget effectively and strive for achieving cost savings and efficiencies
University graduate major in marketing, communications, language or literature preferred
Minimum 10 years of relevant marketing experience
Proven marketing management experience
With strategic mindset in understanding the business challenges and opportunities that can add value to the business
Able to link actions and decisions to the deliverables with problem solving skills for complex issues
Able to drive innovation culture for the team
Able to drive cross-functional collaboration with other teams
Capacity to build a risk management and control culture and ensure guidelines are adhered
Good analytical and project management skills
Strong leadership skills and able to define directions for the team and get resources aligned
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
