Vanderbilt University's AthleticsDepartment prepares student-athletes to become leaders and champions in life byplacing the highest values on integrity, character, sportsmanship andvictory. Assistwith the overall operation of video services for the Men's Basketball program
Coordinatefilm exchange with opponents
Preparevideo content for cut-ups, breakdown and distribution to the Men's BasketballStaff
Coordinatestudent managers assisting with filming and video support
Assistwith maintaining video servers and related equipment
Createvideo content upon request for recruiting and promotional purposes
Assistwith production of team intro videos, social media clips, and SEC Networkcontent
AssistCommunications department, as needed, with video footage needed forcommunications purposes
Provideassistance for Men's Basketball special events as needed
Varioustravel responsibilities for road games as needed
Otherduties as assigned by the Video Coordinator and/or the Head Men's Basketball Coach
Education and Certifications
A Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience and Skills
Knowledgeof basketball editing software (Sportscode, XOS Digital, DV Sport, etc.) is required.
Strong video editing experience (Final Cut Pro, AVID, Adobe Premiere) is preferred.
Graphic Design experience (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects) is preferred.
Excellent computer skills
Great communication skills
