Mount Saint Joseph High School seeks a Manager of Development Operations to join its Advancement team.
The Manager of Development Operations for Advancement is responsible for managing the Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge systems and processes necessary to support Institutional Advancement. The key components of the position are: Institutional Advancement data systems, procedures and reporting; alumni database management and analysis; prospect research and development; gift/pledge processing; and administrative tasks as assigned. There is room to grow this position with additional responsibilities based on experience. This position supports the Advancement office, as well as the Office of the President of Mount Saint Joseph High School.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
This position handles day-to-day administrative department activities and acts as an integral and confidential, member of the Advancement team. Strong knowledge of and experience of database management systems is required; experience in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge would be an asset. Primary duties include database organization to record, track, monitor and process annual individual donor and corporate donor programs and gifts, grant awards, fundraising events, special programs and activities, and volunteer activity; reporting and analysis of fundraising activity. In addition, this position assists with the annual fund and endowment programs. Proficiency at project management and multi-tasking is required. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to gift entry; patron acknowledgments; timely, accurate record-keeping; endowment monitoring and assignment; and prospect research in Raiser’s Edge and Blackbaud’s Target Analytics. He/she also provides support at fundraising events. Some evening and weekend work may be required.
