UK Marketing is centrally aligned to provide the best support to the university as a whole while serving prospective students (and their families), enrolled students and the faculty and staff who teach and support them. UK Marketing supports communication and marketing operations throughout campus. This position will serve as the primary marketing and communication manager for Enrollment Management within the UK Marketing office. This position will manage a staff of one and direct marketing, digital marketing, communication content and publication projects for the offices within Enrollment Management. This includes Undergraduate Admission, Recruitment, Transfer Center, Registration and Student Records, Student Financial Aid and Scholarships. This position will also work on a core team within UK Marketing, to ensure collaboration of all marketing efforts are on brand. This position will work closely with UK Administration and Analytics, Assessment & Decision Support (AADS) team to develop, produce, maintain initiatives and projects on behalf of Enrollment Management to strategically meet UK Marketing and University goals.
IEBC – Internal Employee Being Considered
Digital marketing, SEO and advertising experience preferable; Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce a plus, but not required; Experience with Drupal Content Management System (CMS);
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and design processes;
Knowledge of the printing process. Experience in higher education and admission operations; 3 to 5 years in a marketing/communication or project management role; Excellent project management skills;
Excellent people and management skills; Multitasking and organizational talent; Attention to detail; Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines; An appreciation of visual design principles for effective communication.
