We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Manager, Digital and Channels.
Develop and drive implementation of strategic business initiatives for the Commercial Banking business in Hong Kong
Develop and continually evolve the Digital omni-channel strategy encompassing all relevant digital solutions and technologies
Develop new digital solutions, such as Mobile banking, wallets etc. and migrate routine transactions away from Branches
Work in collaboration with global and regional Strategic Business Initiatives owners to ensure the development and deployment of initiatives are meeting the business objectives
Continually liaise with other global businesses, including Retail Banking and Wealth Managemnet and Private Banking and other Digital teams to identify synergy or collaboration opportunities to produce best of breed offerings
Manage the deployment of solutions that may include partnerships with third parties
Competitive assessments including research new technologies and services, assess competitors or new entrants, review regulations for Digital requirements
Execute digital communication strategies that resonate with customer needs to drive digital awareness, solution adoption and customer satisfaction
Solid Experience in driving digital initiatives and omni-channel strategy implementation
Strong stakeholder management skills through effective communication, presentation and influencing
Proven problem solving skills with ability to consider alternative and lateral solutions, with the ability to anticipate challenges
Good understanding of Commercial Banking business and products, preferably in managing digital initiatives and digital channels
Strong Leadership, management and coaching skills
Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure within a team environment
Ability to use strong judgmental skills to identify and resolve complex problems whilst adhering to timelines and quality of output
