We oversee the processes that make ourbusiness work, such as client onboarding, transaction lifecycles, portfoliomaintenance, new product structures and regulatory reporting. Our team The Projects teamsupports the development and delivery of the operational platform for newproducts. The team is a main point of contact for Product initiatives andchange management across all products for the International Private Bank. Morespecifically, the candidate will be leading the design and supervis the buildof a custody entity to serve our Asian clients. Being part of the Projects team, thesuccessful candidate will be working in conjunction with our internal partnersincluding Operations, Technology, Business Management, Managed Solutions &Strategy, Portfolio Managers and Control Functions (Legal, Risk and Compliance)across Asia, EMEA and LatAm regions, as well as external providers. The team supportsseveral multi-year programs for our discretionary platform and business, whichfocus on portfolio management analytics, centralized portfolio management,cross-border rules implementation and client documentation. The Role The Projects team is responsible for theoversight and coordination of deliverables. This requires a good understandingof the technology road map, analysis of the operating models and theimplementation of changes to the platform.
Beresponsible for the planning, management and delivery of high profileprojects, utilising a robust project plan including pragmaticapplication of project management methodologies, use of a clearly defineddelivery roadmap and robust financial and risk management,
Workwith project stakeholders (across the various functional groups (Legal,Technology, Middle Office, Business Management), to define and documentbusiness requirements,
Coachand mentor team members,
Manageand prioritize initiatives that are requested by stakeholders,
Planand perform testing of new functionality and regression testing,
Provideupdates on the project status to management and stakeholders,
Trackand manage RAID items,
Drivecontinuous improvement of the teams strategic approach to managing change, includingidentifying best practice,
Driveprogress against a defined plan, understand challenges and mitigate potentialcost or time delays
Identifyand secure appropriate resources for the project; define clear roles andresponsibilities for all team members including responsibility for the deliveryof project artefacts,
Provideteam leadership to change professionals, developing colleagues throughchallenging objectives, feedback and coaching

Requirements The candidate should haverelevant experience in Asset Management, Investment Banking or Custodian /Funds Services business and broad knowledge on products, ideally 5+ years in areputable bank, fund administrator or financial institution and looking to takeon a new challenge in a fast paced and ever changing environment. Candidatesshould in addition have the following attributes:
Strong expertise in cash, custody and treasury is required
