Manage women’s basketball video department. Hires, trains, schedules and supervises intern and student staff. Develops and monitors budget. Maintains video equipment. Consults with coaches on video needs and attends coaching staff meetings. Provides and supervises video needs for games, practices, banquets, press conferences and special events. Assists Head Coach and Director of Operations with the day-to-day operations of the women’s basketball team. This position works in a creative and collaborative team environment where change is embraced and innovation is encouraged.
Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Knowledge and experience with digital video cam/beta cam/other video systems, and non-linear digital video editing; experience in program planning and administration.
Supervisory and administrative experience and organizational skills desired; good written and verbal communications skills desired; ability to work with a diverse staff and student population desired.
Target Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 Annually
