Under the guidance of Patient Financial Services Management, the Patient Financial Services Business Analyst will support the creation, implementation, and monitoring of process-improvement plans using strong business analysis and project management principles.
-Responsible for identifying, documenting, measuring, monitoring, and recommending improvements to business processes and management efforts in collaboration with PFS and system-stakeholders across multiple disciplines and levels.
-Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform and grow as a subject matter expertise the Revenue Cycle, including, but not limited to feasibility analysis, technical enhancements, thorough understanding of available software, data analysis and reporting, workflow analysis, and recommendations for improvement.
-As assigned, coordinate, direct, lead, and manage departmental project and activities to achieve strategic objectives.
-Create strong project momentum, and collaborate with stakeholder, staff, and leadership to achieve meaningful improvement across key performance indicators.
