Wealth Management's Field Risk & Supervision group is looking to hire an experienced Vice President to join the COO Office to help drive Training and Communication needs across the Risk organization and manage strategic projects to enhance field supervision. The individual will drive change across the risk organization by improving our Training and Communications agenda, operational efficiencies and effectiveness, and organizational structure. The role will involve working with a broad range of stakeholders and business partners within Wealth Management.
A Vice President in this role will plan and execute training and communication needs, report to the COO, and work closely with the Co-Heads of Field Risk & Supervision to provide solutions and deliver results. The role will manage regular publications to the field, define agendas for National Risk calls, and oversee the coordination of training for a 500+ person organization. The individual will require the building of strong relationships within and outside the WM Risk Organization. The individual will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, become involved in a diverse set of issues, and directly impact the future success of the group.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Oversight and management of risk-related notifications, publications, and National Risk website
Lead the annual communications strategy for WM Field Risk and Supervision, including incorporating new ideas and content
Manage the agendas, create meeting material, moderate, and document Risk Officer calls
Coordinate Field Risk training needs, including new and enhanced processes
Project Management - Track Field Risk & Supervision project status, milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and action items
Establish & maintain an effective communication and engagement model with Field Risk, Field Service, Field Management, and other key stakeholders
Produce regular metrics and reporting for stakeholder communications
Present recommendations in a commercial manner that identifies issues, details business/client impact, and helps build consensus for implementation
Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent organization & planning skills
Ability to execute tasks under aggressive targets and effectively manage to changes in plan
Project Management experience, including familiarity with project life cycles and documentation of scope, requirements, and technical data flows
Experience with data analysis, including the collection of data from various sources, synthesis of information and making recommendations
Experience working with and influencing stakeholders to drive strategic decisions
Advanced experience with MS Office, including Power point and Excel
Experience with Visio and HTML a plus
BA or BS degree and experience in Finance is required
Wealth Management Field experience a plus
