The Retail Partnerships Analyst will work closely with the Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager in the Retail Partnerships Team to deliver the partner credit card and loan strategy.
The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution and set up of acquisition campaigns, working closely with internal and external teams to achieve the best outcomes for the partner.
Key accountabilities will include:
Managing the annual budget and monthly outlook process.
Managing the implementation of the partner credit card and loan acquisition strategies - owning the end-to-end execution and set up of acquisition campaigns for cards and loans.
Responsible for Acquisition reporting and reconciliation for cards and loans.
Manage the profit model build, review and approval process.
Drive process improvement and innovation across all components of on-boarding, including (but not limited to) managing the execution of enhancements/changes to NTB and cross sell application forms, to increase customer satisfaction and channel performance.
Develop a thorough understanding of the credit policies and verification process for cards and loans to drive improvements to AR%.
Manage the execution of fee, rate, tactical pricing and regulatory changes with the partner.
Gain an understanding of the market, competitor activity and relevant product and consumer trends.
Maintain consistency of both internal and partner branding.
Work closely with local, regional and global teams across numerous time zones.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills/experience:
Bachelor degree in Business or related discipline
Minimum 1-5 years experience in a financial services analyst role
Experience in credit cards or personal loans considered a plus
Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders - develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of business goals
Effective written and verbal communication - communicate clearly and concisely, with impact and credibility using appropriate language, style and terminology
Effective analysis and decision making - identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities and develop appropriate solutions
Ability to multi-task - able to manage time and competing priorities to deliver effective outcomes
Highly analytical, results driven and self-motivated
