Responsible for the daily management of client services for the Underwriting department, including overseeing the client service support for the Account Executives, Managers and Station Manager. Serve as the main back-up for all members of the UW department related to contracts and fulfillment. Oversee departmental operations via managing reports, orders, copy, schedules, and post-buy analysis. Coordinate all department communication to AEs, agencies, and local and direct clients. Liaise with WBUR departments including the Business Office, Digital, Marketing, Traffic and Membership. Responsible for in-house sales of accounts at management's discretion.
Bachelor's degree required and 3-5+ years of related work experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Additional proficiency in audience ratings software like Nielsen and commercial trafficking software like WideOrbit is a plus. Must be detailed-oriented, organized and have the ability to multi-task. A self-starter with the ability to prioritize, problem-solve and communicate effectively.
