Responsible for the implementation, integration, maintenance and documentation of fundraising and donor/alumni data and communication information systems. Works closely with users to analyze needs and develop solutions which may require development of integrated application systems. The position will consult with multi-functional teams and information technology associates, both internal and external to the university, to effectively support donor and alumni engagement strategies through the use of technology solutions.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Develop & manage data/system integration projects and new system implementations/upgrades.
- Maintain high standard of data integrity including compliance with applicable security and access compliance requirements.
- Provide technical support including recommendations for improvement of business processes through the effective use of information technology system applications.
- Develop and maintain training requirements for information systems use.
-Preference given to candidates with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge/NXT knowledge and experience
-A minimum of six (6) months experience in coding, query development, and exporting from relational database.
-Significant experience in Excel advanced functions and/or other data analysis tools.
-Preference given to candidates with API knowledge and experience.
-Thorough understanding of web content management systems, experience with Blackbaud's NetCommunity, Luminate or OLX desired.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical as this position will work closely with end users, project managers, IT technical team members and external partners.
-Demonstrated skills in creative thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, decision making and time management.
