Serves in a key position, responsiblefor optimizing the revenue stream from new and existing Registered InvestmentAdvisor firms, multifamily offices, advisors in transition, broker-dealers andother channels within the Financial Services space.
Works collaboratively with theBusiness Development and Relationship Management teams within the broaderAdvisor Solutions organization to develop profitability packages for newbusiness and re-pricings.
Examines the existing client base andpartners with the Relationship Managers to identify/qualify opportunities tooptimize profitability. Develops optimizationstrategies and produces the project plans in support of their execution. Responsible for execution of the plan,alongside a cross-functional team representing Relationship Management, BusinessDevelopment, Billing, Platform Strategy and other key stakeholders. Responsible for developing clear and concise communication/collateralthrough PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and other audience-friendly media.
Mitigate risk and liaises with the Billingteam to promote greater operational accuracy in billing setup.
Conducts complex analyses andreporting in support of business development and growth-oriented initiativesand/or strategic/operational planning activities. Often assigned as a projectlead on these efforts and will elicit input from the broader team. Defines,reengineers and institutionalizes new approaches to required analytics andprocesses.
Determines where measurement gapsexist and devises new metrics or reports to fill those gaps. Reviewsoperational data/metrics, analyzes and synthesizes the data, then compiles intoreports or presentations.
Navigates across the business toeffectively complete tasks. Developsconsultative partnerships with internal teams and leaders to understand theirstrategic objectives, key performance indicators and reporting requirements.Communicates with internal teams and leaders to stay abreast of organizationand function operations and is familiar with company practices relevant tometrics, performance indicators, reporting protocols, etc.
Serves as a resource to other teammembers to uphold collaboration and continuity measures. Collaborates with andsupports leaders and their teams to ensure analytical and reporting needs arealigned, and supports business and operating results.
No direct reports. Contributes to theachievement of the broader organization, inclusive of Business Development,Relationship Management, Platform Strategy and/or Client Experience. Employs collaborative techniques and promoteseducation/training to foster adoption and clarity amongst peers. Operates as a hybrid project manager andbusiness analyst, with a keen focus on communication and written and verbaldelivery (being mindful of audience).
Qualifications Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 7-10 years of total work experience preferred.
