The position provides full administrative support for the Oregon Pediatric Improvement Partnership (OPIP).
Managing and coordinating all financial activities for OPIP. Duties include, but are not limited to, financial planning and management of University, Research, Foundation and Contract/Sale of Service accounts; Includes reconciliation, processing grants and contracts, preparing budgets and serving as a resource to departmental administrative staff. Activities involving project/contract management include: tracking deliverables, invoicing, payment tracking.
Administrative administration to OPIP staff and OPIP projects. Includes managing OPIP calendars and facilitating meetings, coordination of meetings, and assisting with material printing; Oversee project management software (Smartsheets) across all of OPIP's projects. Operations and personnel management of day-to-day office environment.
