The Insights Analyst will be an innovative and inquisitive thinker with a natural passion for understanding the the underlying factors driving observable trends and occurrences in data. The analyst will possess a high degree of technical skill with significant experience mining and manipulating large databases as well as a strong working command of reporting tools such as Excel and/or Tableau. The Insights Analyst designs, develops and delivers analytics insights for brand teams and partners, using their experience and advanced analytics skills to understand campus and client needs and then prepare finished analysis to help drive strategic recommendations.
The Insights Analyst will work closely with analytics, web strategy, media and research to gather information and data from all areas for analysis.
Ideal candidates will be comfortable working within a matrix organization with discrete brand teams and shared resource teams.
REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information systems, or a related field and three years of experience working in CPG, Advertising Agency, or Digital Marketing Agency, or similar.
Combinations of related education and experience may be considered.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and exchange information, including develop and deliver effective presentations. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent interpretation of complex statistical data. Excellent organizational skills, including ability to manage multiple complex projects at once and on tight deadline. Proficient with Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics.
