Organize the work of the project team including staffing meetings, preparing agendas, communicating with subcontractors and grantees; and organizing and overseeing the implementation of national meeting(s) with the grantees each year.
Establish and maintain relationships with participating grantees.
Coordinate the activities of the BU leadership and evaluation teams (and consultants, as needed) to respond to grantee needs, including organizing webinars and workshops for staff across the sites; developing technical assistance and training materials for site staff Evaluation activities
Coordinate technical assistance and training for evaluation staff at the sites; and working with the Biostatistics & Epidemiology Data Analytics Center to address and resolve data management issues
Assist with study design, data collection and provide oversight and quality control for all study data.
Assist with the design, collection, reporting and analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data.
Assist with the preparation of project reports and IRB proposals; oversee existing IRB protocols to ensure continued compliance Dissemination Activities
Participate in project dissemination, including the development and maintenance of a project website, the design and implementation of site training and technical assistance materials, and project materials including a newsletter
Prepare and present project findings at national and regional conferences as requested by the Principal Investigator.

Bachelor's degree required. Working towards Master's or Master's degree preferred. One to three years' work experience.
