Hearken is looking for a Director of Growth to join our dynamic team as our company expands. The Director of Growth will be the thought-partner of the CEO and manage the training, expansion and success of our growth team.
This role will lead and manage our Growth team, comprised of sales, marketing and service-design strategists. You will lead the expansion and market penetration of Hearken’s current services and product, as well as help us seize the opportunities to grow our offerings to serve the market more deeply and effectively.

5-7+ years of proven sales leadership selling either a complex technology product OR consulting/service. Startup experience highly preferred.
Experience working with C-Suite executives.
An understanding of sales and marketing reporting, marketing and sales campaign performance, and sales operations.
A strategic mind comfortable presenting complex presentations to internal and external stakeholders, while making the information easy to digest.
Familiar with experiential marketing, human-centered design, implementing customer fit assessments and approaching sales from a place of serving/advocating for a customer base.
Experience developing and implementing sales processes and systems through diving into detail and making improvements.
Proven track record of holding team to high expectations and exceeding sales targets.
Operations experience and the ability to optimize systems for efficiency.
Ability to operate in rapidly scaling, high-growth environment.
Consultative sales and negotiation acumen.
Experience in global sales, cross-cultural sales.
Familiarity with building pipelines for saas and services/training/consulting solutions.
Hands on manager with strong coaching abilities.
Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
Metrics-focused leader with strong analytical abilities.
Familiarity with tools commonly found in a B2B sales tech stack: CRM, marketing automation tools, marketing analytics tools, contracting software, etc.

Online marketing experience
Accounting software experience
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing
Experience working with customers around the world, across language barriers
