We now have exciting opportunities for Telepresence / AV engineers to join our growing and dynamic team.
The Telepresence Engineer will be an integral part our field engineering team, offering freedom and flexibility as well as a different working environment most days. Working across a number of different client sites you will use your engineering skills and technical knowledge to install and integrate video-conferencing equipment, as well as completing preventative maintenance checks, diagnosis and repair.

Installation and configuration of a wide range of video conferencing and integrated audio and video equipment. Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
Technical skills and understanding of VC solutions and IT network infrastructures.
Prior experience in field based VC/ AV engineering within an audio visual/ unified communications and/ or IT networking environment - installing, testing and commissioning audio and video technologies from first fix to end of job sign off.
Experience of field based AV/ VC maintenance (break/fix)
A clear understanding of Immersive Telepresence, Desktop Telepresence, audio and video systems and their related network infrastructure. Knowledge of video wall and controller options
Experience with interactive technologies e.g. whiteboards
Ability to work on own or as part of an installation team
Provide training and client support to users in the operations of VC/ AV systems
Conducting audits, writing reports and completing delivery site surveys
Working with and potential management of teams and schedules
Engineering health and safety training and knowledge
Computer literate - Microsoft Word/ Excel.
Full clean driving licence
Cisco certified (CCNA/CCNP)
Previous installation experience in wiring, fitting AV equipment to a highly competent standard.
Knowledge in supporting system migrations and experience with AMX and/or Crestron AV control systems. Working knowledge of AV concepts around audio and video signal types, routing, and cabling.
Mature personality, with the ability to work both on own initiative and in a team environment, often under pressure and to strict deadlines
Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
Innovative, with the ability to implement problem solving initiatives
Flexibility regarding working hours and willing to travel extensively
