In consultation with the director, oversees day-to-day activities of the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing plans that support the strategic goals of the organization, including volume-driving efforts for UF Health Jacksonville and the more than 40 University of Florida Jacksonville Physicians Inc. primary and specialty care practice sites throughout Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. Conducts and leverages branding and other market research and competitive data analysis to maximize effectiveness. Motivates and develops staff to foster individual and collective professional growth and productivity.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or journalism
