The Design & Web UX Manager is responsible for supporting the assistant director of marketing and design in managing all marketing, branding, graphic art, creative services and workflow processes for all 13 division offices. This position develops strategic, key design solutions for print, digital, and specialty collateral based on client needs. This position is also responsible for the management of all public facing division websites, configuring user experience, updating web pages and directing the in-house web/UX team.
1.Design promotional marketing materials and division branding initiatives. Assist account executives to advise clients and develop design solutions to division problems. Train, manage and develop design student staff. Refine, execute and maintain design workflow processes and project/resource archiving systems in collaboration with the assistant director of marketing and design.
2.Oversee and advise on all website-related projects for the Division of Student Affairs including the design, creation and maintenance of division web pages. Assist account executives to advise clients and develop web solutions to division problems. Systematically assess and enhance the user experience for division web pages.
3.Supervision of web UX team, including training, management and development of student staff. Refine, execute and maintain internal website workflow processes to ensure timeliness and strict attention to detail on all public facing websites.
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications, Marketing, Web Design, Graphic Design or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years related work experience
