The Research Project Manager will be responsible for the simultaneous oversight of multiple large, multi-year research projects in the Division of General Internal Medicine. The Project Manager will report directly to the Lead PI and be responsible for assisting with duties related to the oversight and conduct of projects, including R-01 or equivalent projects funded by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality and the NIH. The P.M. will function as the day-to-day manager of the research projects including overseeing the development the study protocols, coordinating regulatory approval from the institutional review board and external agencies participating in the research, organizing study data collection, overseeing the budgets/grant expenditures/cash flow, executing subcontracts, coordinating activities of the project data collection teams and the statistical programming team; monitoring progress and timelines, preparing materials for interim reports, and addressing interim problems as they arise.
