Follow project, identifying and prepare all projects information's and data required to support local management on the project deliveries and project management. Work with local project managers to maintain accurate information and highlight areas of concern.
Operational role for EMEA region :
Collect and control of all mandatory documentations at PO arrival
Correct booking projects into SAP within 24h (revenue aligned with correct Business Unit, end date based on forecast, milestone billing matching cash flow..)
Purchasing of material and external labor upon margin consistency (shopping carts) and tracking deliveries
Preparation of export documentation if needed
Control of internal labor cost , liaise with Customer care (Service Orders)
Control of projects margin
Creation of Invoices and control of discrepancies
Ensure correct cash flow
Appropriate project completion upon forecast but accordingly to RA policy and process
Act as a project manager for small projects
Liaise with all internal department to ensure correct project delivery (PM, Customer Care, Finance, GEC, Credit Department, Purchasing Department, Account Payable..)
Organize / participate on monthly Project review
Preparation and understanding of cost report
