We Offer The Chief of Staff team is seeking a Financial Planning and Reporting Business Manager in Raleigh. This employee role will be actively involved and expected to drive the development of Equities Technology financial reporting and management.
You will work daily with Equities Technology Chief of Staff, COO and LBMs to identify, gather, monitor key indicators on the performance of a 1400+ person team.
You will support program and function leads with program management.
You will support workforce planning and monitoring for entire organization.
You will benefit from focusing on data quality including maintaining and updating data from multiple financial and reporting systems.
You will develop and improve metrics.
You will have strong experience and interest in Project Management, Financial Planning and Reporting, and Communications.

Experience with most of the following technologies:
You handled Budgeting and Financial analysis.
You have hands-on experience with Program and Project Management.

You have ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
Deep knowledge in Metrics development and Reporting.
You have Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of Clarity/OnePPM.
