We’re looking for a Program Manager who is passionate about software and app design, who is motivated by solving complex problems, who cares about building strong relationships, and who lives and breathes the details in everything they do. Lead high-performing, cross-functional project teams through the design lifecycle of unique app, software and product experiences
Collaborate with the Design team to identify business needs and feedback and transform them into prioritized and actionable project requirements
Maintain team status meetings, driving daily prioritization and communicating the health of the project
Actively manage, track and communicate project issues and risks, escalating when necessary
Serve as liaison and central point of contact for cross-functional teams both internal and external, focused on building credibility, promoting transparency and managing expectations
Facilitate various workflows and methodologies, flexing to each projects’ needs and establishing new standards
Evolve your critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to guide teams through challenges and deliver great results
Contribute to the evolving Program Management capability for User Center Design at Bose
BS/BA degree in a related field (communications, project management, business, design)
8+ years of experience managing product sofware development for a large global brand
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities between planning, analyzing, supporting and managing multiple programs
Highly motivated, self-directed and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates confidence and leadership for cross-functional project teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must clearly communicate with team members, vendors, and senior management regarding program details and status
Agile / Lean experience is a plus
High level of technical competency
Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
