Serve as a Business Analyst by managing web projects for departments, research centers, faculty, workshops, student groups and offices within the Kelley School of Business. Oversee and manage an entire project from analysis, stakeholder negotiation, specifications, and testing. Work on projects that may relate to the Kelley School of Business web framework, CMS, Salesforce integration, accessibility, privacy/security, API integrations, blogs, and data publications. Clearly and efficiently coordinate communication between stakeholder and web developer – includes translating business needs into technical specifications for web developer. Serve as technological liaison for web projects – bridging the gap between stakeholder and technology.
REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in business communication, web development/design or related field and three years of web project management, project management or web development/design experience.
Combinations of related education and experience may be considered.
Understanding of web development process. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills including ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of individuals. Strong organizational and multitasking skills including ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines. Experience with web design and development. Familiarity with Scrum, web accessibility, and web API's.
Working experience with central Indiana University Systems, most Microsoft Products, Salesforce, various professional industry certification.
