Your role & work environment We're looking for a UX Expert to join our mobile design team to help us shape the future of our mobile apps. You'll have an end-to-end responsibility for designing engaging user experiences across multiple platforms such as iOS, Android and web. You'll take design decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data. You will work closely with the mobile squads in an agile environment to ensure that what is delivered to our customers meets our quality standards. The purpose of these UX activities is to increase customer satisfaction, user-friendliness and accessibility of ING's digital services in order to create an optimum, authentic and consistent Omnichannel user experience.
Your key responsibilities
Creates design languages which create a delightful, emotionally engaging, innovative, easy to use and easy to learn user experience.
Elicits and understands business needs (including ING branding guidelines) and user needs for the design of design languages.
Generates clear ideas, design concepts and final designs of creative assets from beginning to end, considering technology constraints and workflow constraints.
Articulate what the problem is, its requirements and implications
Defend a certain solution, highlighting the pros and cons of the design solution presented
Improves client satisfaction, user-experience and accessibility of digital sales and services.

3+ years in related professional work
You have a master degree or are qualified with relevant experience
You are fluent in English with French or Dutch
A strong portfolio demonstrating the successful delivery of innovative Mobile interface design solutions for IOS and Android
A strong working knowledge of user-centered experience design and interaction design
Expert-level proficiency with design tools in the Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and InVision
Be able to stand by your designs and provide solid rationale to back-up your decision
Ability to incorporate accessibility in the Mobile designs
Experience and understanding of product management and the agile process
Very strong analytical skills
