Leading and overseeing multiple projects or one larger project or high-priority projects, which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration.
Serving as in-house project consultant to the administrative and clinical leadership of the Hospitals.
Facilitating and coordinating analytical support to operational and clinical resource analysis and benchmarking initiatives and advises on issues related to process improvement and cost management.
Managing and overseeing all phases of the projects from planning, development, revisions, dissemination to post-production of all NCPFCE products (print, digital, video, training presentations, and professional development institutes) across multiple platforms.
Developing, implementing and managing product work plans that include scope, tasks, milestones, budget, management, requirements, constraints, costs and communication. Setting priorities for tasks based on importance and urgency, tracking project progress, identifying potential obstacles to advance with appropriate solutions.
Managing all proposed and approved changes to work plan.
Understanding and meeting expectations for deliverable quality and timelines and delivering project on time and within budget.
To qualify, you must have:
A Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Science, Business Administration or related field. Minimum of (5) five to (7) seven years relevant experience.
A Master's degree preferred and related (2) two years related field, experience managing multiple highly complex projects and Project Management Professional Certification or other relevant certification is preferred.
The ability to effectively manage multiple demands and projects and/or proposals simultaneously within assigned department/division and to persuade and negotiate with peer‑level department heads and/or with external agencies/facilities on issues and programs that impact assigned department as well as several other large departments/divisions.
Advanced knowledge of PC-based software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and manual and web-based applications for collecting/reporting data.
Preferred experience using rL solutions software with an understanding of how to develop, implement and manage an employee injury reporting program. Preferred knowledge of how occupational health and environmental health and safety programs function.
