The Enterprise PMO and Business Strategy director will lead the strategic priorities and initiatives focused on growing and differentiating our business, advancing the value delivered to customers. The role will provide an aligned view of the Power Control Businesses portfolios identifying future growth goals to meet long-term commercial growth and earnings trajectory. They will work with business and functional leaders to actively drive the inorganic growth agenda for PCB, based on its overall strategic priorities. This includes evaluating potential areas for acquisition or investment, identifying potential target companies, and developing a prioritized pipeline of acquisition targets. This role will also lead the Project Management Office – aligning the business strategy to the execution of programs through a central pool of project management resources. The PMO manages the utilization of the organization's resources (employee and contractor) to meet business needs; ensuring that stakeholders prioritize demand, Engineering teams allocate capacity aligned to budget, and that appropriate KPIs are developed.

Develop a 5-8 year inorganic growth strategy aligned to PCB's strategic priorities
Develop and manage a strategic view of the business based on inputs from the global market, specific industry segments, customer requirements, the PCB leadership and product marketing teams to make recommendations on product line and delivery program enhancements
Monitor and analyze customer buying patterns and product requirements
Develop and maintain competitive intelligence gathering process and market share
Leads annual Business Strategy Review (BSR) process
Executes strategy, leveraging multiple internal, external, direct and indirect relationships
Provide expert guidance and thought leadership to establish policies, procedures, delivery frameworks, and methodologies for effective project oversight and management
Proactively reports overall status (progress, issues, dependencies) across all projects
