The EMEA Social Media Manager is responsible for our company's social footprint across the region, providing consultation on content that engages our audiences while measuring and evaluating the overall impact of activities. This position requires someone with proven commercial experience using social media to achieve measurable business results. The person in this role serves as a consultant and resource for sales and marketing teams across the EMEA region. Therefore, they must be adept at developing and implementing social media strategy across a complex organisation and be able to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with peers – other global marketing functions, regional marketing teams and various functions across the enterprise (i.e., Sales Leadership, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Sales) to execute and deliver on company goals and objectives. Specific Responsibilities
Build and lead the EMEA Social Media strategy for the region through providing leadership, counsel and training to our social media leads within the countries
Work with key stakeholders on objectives for campaigns and initiatives, and measure impact to drive continuous improvement of programmes
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of posts across social media platforms to continuously improve engagement.
Understand and leverage monitoring and provide consistent effectiveness metrics.
Create Social Media content that resonates with our various target audiences
Support marketing campaigns through the creation of engaging and relevant content that brings our story to life aligned to the focus of the channels
Manage the content curation tool to ensure it has the right mix of content for use in channels
Support sales across the region with social selling activities and advice
Develop & lead social media training that educates employees on policy and enables them to be successful as they leverage social media to achieve business results
Manage relationships with multiple agencies and in-country personnel
Enhance and protect our company's reputation by using monitoring and analytics platforms to analyze conversations, generate insights and benchmark peer companies
Track, measure, and analyse content and engagement to report on content activation ROI
Stay ahead of emerging trends within digital and social media publishing, content distribution and search, and provide consultation to the marketing organization
