We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Sales Effectiveness Manager.
Creating a Centre of Excellence for sales transformation in the frontline, involving the up-skill and deepened support for improved RM or RD capacity to enhance sales capability and effectiveness of customer management
Re-focusing the frontline RM or RD effort and capacity on customer management to help identify new opportunities
Re-focusing the frontline RSA or RSO effort to enable the RM or RD to spend more time on income generating activities
Ensuring improved frontline capacity and effectiveness in developing customer value
Supporting the definition and driving the sales experience strategy for CMB Globally and deployed regionally
Overseeing initiatives which enhance the customer experience and support increased sales, retention and expansion of customer relationships
Working closely with the Customer Intelligence and Customer Experience teams to analyse, develop and roll-out the global sales trigger suite, ensuring that triggers are appropriate, effective and well executed
Assist to lead in global and regional forums and committees to represent the view of the Sales Effectiveness function, to inform and assist the Global Sales Effectiveness Director whom will be influencing the decision making of senior leaders to enable achievement of the defined strategy outcomes
Good understanding of HSBC Group structures, values, behaviors, processes and objectives
Knowledge of Change Management and Programme Execution best practice
Broad understanding of wholesale banking, CMB proposition, financial services landscape and technology or digital developments
An understanding of key trends and areas of innovation for example Agile working practices which influence the way we interact and engage with our external customers, frontline teams and other internal stakeholders to help HSBC be more customer centric.
Background of having worked within a sales or customer management, frontline role enabling an understanding of the day-to-day activities conducted by an RM, and the tools, systems, procedures and processes currently available or required for success
Ability to work across multi-disciplinary with other businesses, functions and regions and multi-cultural environments in a collaborative manner to ensure the best outcome for the organization and CMB
Good analytical background and proven ability in analytical rigor, including being able to contextualize data into business activities and conclusions
Experience of implementing large-scale, complex global and regional change initiatives, operationalising policies and procedures.
Strong relationship management and influencing skills, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
Ability to influence and motivate other managers, teams and staff
High level of drive and motivation to ensure successful delivery of transformational initiatives.
