The Research Associate will serve as a member of the Qualitative Methods Core conducting research activities for studies related to health policy, health services research, and practice improvements in primary care, including a mixed-methods evaluation of the Washington State Medicaid Transformation Demonstration. Responsibilities include but aren\u2019t limited to:
Organizing and analyzing qualitative data
Conducting project management and study support tasks (e.g. scheduling meetings, taking notes, recruiting study participants, cleaning and refining codebooks, coordinating transcript and quality checking transcripts, working with the Institutional Review Board (IRB)) and other activities necessary for supporting a qualitative research team.
Assisting in dissemination activities (e.g. conducting literature searches and reviews, managing references and citations, preparing tables, data summaries, abstracts, sections of manuscripts, posters, and presentations, and attending national conferences).
Will serve as a critical member of Dr. Deborah Cohen\u2019s team and will work closely with collaborators and investigators from other departments and organizations
