1. Collaborates with leaders, clients, and stakeholders to develop requirements and scope, cost/benefits analysis, and performance improvement plans for the integration of new services and clients to shared services. 2. Acts as expert technical resource for quality improvement projects. Provides total project support and ensures the effectiveness, quality, and timeliness of project design and implementation. 3. Leads project meetings, training and implementation tasks. Tracks project schedules and provides regular status reports, inclusive of defined project metrics; details the progress of the implementation and deliverables, potential problems, opens issues and general information. Resolves or escalates issues in an appropriate and timely manner. 4. Develops, prepares, and delivers presentation material, using ability to collect disparate data and organize appropriately. 5. Oversees the data collection and analysis of relevant quality performance indicators for assigned departments. 6. Develops, prepares, and delivers training to internal and external clients. 7. Stays abreast of state and federal regulations, standards, and guidelines to inform annual proactive risk assessments. 8. May perform other duties as assigned.
