High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of agricultural health and safety. Teaching or training experience
Communication. Able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of individuals including migrant workers, dairy producers partner organizations, and educational institutions in English and Spanish.
Language: English and Spanish, required
Computer skills experience with Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite. Familiarity with project management and virtual meeting software and Adobe Suite.
Highly organized with an ability to carry out program logistics
Flexible schedule with hours and days
A demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals, colleagues, and community members from diverse communities and cultures
On-farm and cattle handling experience
