The Office of Assessment and Accreditation (OAA) in the Gatton College of Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky has an opening for a Manager of Assessment and Analytics. The OAA plays an integral role in the data-driven decision making processes of the college to leverage the greatest impact on our campus, the state of Kentucky, and beyond. This position provides oversight and project management for a variety of data-collection and analysis systems within the college.
The Manager of Assessment and Analytics oversees the collection and analysis of College-level data for a variety of internal and external constituency groups. Internal projects include gathering data for strategic plan metrics, periodic program reviews and the college FactBook. External groups include national and international ranking organizations as well as accrediting bodies. The Manager will provide consultation and oversight for student learning outcomes assessment for all academic programs and certificates and have ownership of new data projects that address college, program, and administrative needs.
Qualified candidates should have experience with higher education assessment, project management, and data analysis and visualization using SPSS, Excel, and Tableau. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are highly desired.
